Five free Excel sales templates, ready to import

Prospect list, sales pipeline, quote follow-up, Excel CRM and fundraising tracker: five free .xlsx workbooks with drop-down lists, colors and a calculated summary. Their columns carry the names the Kasar import recognizes. The day the spreadsheet is no longer enough, the file goes into the CRM with nothing to retype.

Facts checked on October 6, 2026

01The five files

  • Prospect list : one row per person to contact, the next step in orange on the day it is due. 12 of 14 columns recognized.
  • Sales pipeline tracker : one row per deal, seven stages, the weighted amount per stage. 11 of 13 columns recognized.
  • Quote follow-up tracker : one row per quote sent, the follow-ups done and the next one, dated. 8 of 13 columns recognized.
  • Excel CRM : companies, contacts and deals in three linked tabs, plus a dashboard. 33 of 33 columns recognized.
  • Fundraising tracker : one row per investor, from first contact to close. 9 of 15 columns recognized.

02Why the headers are fixed

Every header was chosen so the Kasar automatic mapping links it to the right field with no help. That explains a few unexpected names: a deal stage is called Pipeline, a deal name is called Name, and a deals sheet holds no email, which the import would take for the customer. The drop-down values (status, source, industry, size, stages) are the ones a Kasar workspace ships with: they find their option without creating anything.

03Importing a template into Kasar, step by step

  1. 1

    Drop the file

Settings, then Import. Accepted formats: CSV, XLSX and XLS, up to 150 MB per file and ten files per run. A workbook with several tabs is read on the tab with the most cells: for the Excel CRM, save each tab as CSV, since Excel only saves the active tab to CSV.

  2. 2

    Choose who prepares the mapping

“Map it myself” shows the target field for each header, with a confidence indicator. “Import with Leo” lets the assistant read the file and propose the plan, which you adjust by talking to him. File-only columns (next step, quote number) are skipped or become a new field.

  3. 3

    Review before you run

The preview shows rows as they will be saved, the errors and the duplicates. Contacts: same email, same phone or same LinkedIn profile. Companies: same name or same domain. You choose to create, skip or update. With several files, put companies first.

  4. 4

    Read the report

Records created, updated, skipped, and the reason for every rejected row. The error CSV keeps your original columns: fix it and import it again.

Phone numbers are converted to international format based on the chosen country, France by default, so write the country code for other numbers. Dates are read day, month, year by default, and the format is set column by column; the English files use year-month-day, which reads the same everywhere. Import is open on every plan, Free included.

Frequently asked questions

No. They are macro-free .xlsx files. The only formulas are in the summary tabs, and the data sheets hold values only.

No. Each button downloads the file directly. The French version, with French headers and lists, is offered next to it.

Because the labels of a Kasar workspace follow its language. A French workspace expects Statut, Client or Prospect qualifié: the French file carries those values.

Kasar, the CRM that prospects, follows up and fills itself in.

  • It captures.

Emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and meetings land on the record, with no data entry.

  • It acts.

Tasks, meeting notes, follow-ups: the CRM keeps itself current and tells you what to do next.

  • It prospects.

One sequence chains email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. The reply lands on the record, next to the deal.

  • It takes your shape and connects to everything.

Your objects, your fields, your relationships. Everything else goes through webhooks, the API and the MCP server.
