And our own, per unit
The comparison says what it costs. Here is how it is billed.
Credits
One currency for AI, meetings and calls. Beyond the allowance, a top-up: the bigger it is, the less a credit costs.
2,000 credits included per seat per month, which the admin can pool at workspace level.
What a gesture costs
Connected accounts
The plan opens a number of accounts and never bills them one by one — and the message is not billed either. Campaigns and automations are included.
LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Telegram accounts included
Inbox in the CRM, send, receive, realtime, automations and campaigns. HeyReach charges $63 per sender and returns nothing to the CRM, Salesforce bills WhatsApp at $75 per user, HubSpot caps you at one number per portal — and none of the three does LinkedIn messaging.
Sending addresses included
A rep’s own mailbox comes with their seat and is not counted here. You plug in your outreach addresses, Kasar warms them up and spreads sends across them.

How credits work
One meter, for everything Kasar produces on demand: the work Leo does, recorded meetings and calls. The rest of the CRM sits inside the subscription.
The CRM is never metered
Records, computed columns, scores, reports and the syncing of email, calendars, LinkedIn and WhatsApp all sit inside the price of the plan. Opening a record costs nothing: what draws credits is Leo reading the exchanges, and anyone can turn that off.
One allowance per seat, poolable
Every seat gets its own monthly allowance. The admin can pool it across the workspace, so whoever spends the month on the phone uses what their colleagues did not. Top-ups always go to the shared balance.
Running out is not being locked out
The CRM keeps working in full. Only a new meeting recording, an outbound call or a request to Leo waits for the monthly renewal, a top-up, or a higher plan.
So the rate card reads roughly in euros: an hour of recorded meeting costs 120 credits, about €1.20, and an hour of calls in the local zone 360 credits, about €3.60. Credits have no monetary value.

Top-ups
Included credits cover an ordinary month. For the peaks, a top-up adds to the shared workspace balance and does not expire while the account stays open. It is lost when the account is closed and is non-refundable.
Above 50,000 credits a month, volume is quoted on request with an annual commitment.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, in two ways. The 14-day trial unlocks the Pro or Max plan. It asks for a card; nothing is charged if you stop it before it ends. Otherwise, the subscription shown in the order summary starts: annual by default, 12 months paid upfront. The Free plan needs no card and has no time limit as long as the account stays active.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Every seat gets its own monthly allowance: 100 credits on Free, 2,000 on Pro, 6,000 on Max. The admin can pool them across the workspace, so whoever spends the month on the phone draws on what their colleagues left unused. Top-ups always go to the shared balance.
The CRM keeps working in full. Syncing, computed columns, scores and reports draw no credits at all: your data stays complete and readable. What waits for the monthly renewal, a top-up or a move to a higher plan: new meeting recordings, calls, requests to Leo, and record summaries being kept up to date, which resumes as soon as credits are back.
An hour of recorded meeting draws 120 credits, about €1.20. An hour of calls in the local zone draws 360, about €3.60, transcription included. Summary and next steps add 9 credits per exchange. Notes taken in Granola, Fathom or Meet flow into Kasar without drawing anything.
