01Why these two tools
They cover the two moments when a badly written phone number costs a deal. The first is first contact: a WhatsApp link that keeps the leading 0 opens a chat with another number, or with none, and the prospect does not try twice. The second is a file migration: names split in the wrong place and numbers in ten different formats, and the CRM no longer recognizes anyone.
Both tools apply the same phone number rule as Kasar: international format, with the country code of each French overseas territory taken from Arcep’s national numbering plan. A mobile number starting 0690 gets +590 in the WhatsApp link and in the cleaned file alike.
02What they have in common
- Nothing uploaded : the work happens in the tab, and nothing is kept once you close it.
- No account : no email to hand over, no trial to start.
- Rules in writing : each page explains what the tool changes and why, with dated official sources.
- The product’s own rules : name splitting follows Kasar’s import, rule for rule.
Kasar is the CRM that prospects, follows up and fills itself in. These tools do a small slice of its work, free to use. The rest, from capturing every exchange on the record to the follow-ups, is on the features page.

Kasar, the CRM that prospects, follows up and fills itself in.
It captures.
Emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and meetings land on the record, with no data entry.
It acts.
Tasks, meeting notes, follow-ups: the CRM keeps itself current and tells you what to do next.
It prospects.
One sequence chains email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. The reply lands on the record, next to the deal.
It takes your shape and connects to everything.
Your objects, your fields, your relationships. Everything else goes through webhooks, the API and the MCP server.
