Kasar

Kasar vs Pipedrive

Pipedrive shows your pipeline. Kasar fills it.

Pipedrive is very good at tracking the deals you already have. To create new ones, its sequences chain emails and activities, LinkedIn goes through a third-party app and WhatsApp through Meta's Business API, still in beta. Kasar puts prospecting inside the CRM: one sequence chains email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp from your reps' own accounts, and the reply opens the deal.

Is Pipedrive enough to prospect?

A tidy pipeline is useless as long as it stays empty.

Pipedrive made the visual pipeline its trademark. Its company page claims more than 100,000 customer companies and a story that began in 2010. Its pricing grid lists unlimited kanban pipelines, more than 500 integrations, the API and webhooks from Lite, at €14 per seat, and SAML sign-on on every plan. Its MCP server comes with every plan too.

A pipeline shows what exists. It does not fill itself. To prospect, Pipedrive points you to email sequences, a paid add-on for forms, chat and lead search, and third-party apps for LinkedIn. Kasar puts prospecting inside the CRM: one sequence chains email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, the reply lands on the record, and the deal starts right there. Pipedrive shows your pipeline. Kasar fills it.

What changes from one send to the next: the recipient, and the lines pulled from their record. The account itself never moves, and that is where the reply lands.

  • A campaign seen from its sender’s own mailbox, Thomas Leroy, thomas@kasar.app:
  • Sent to Claire Besson, Juridia. Personalised message, signed by the sender’s own domain. Status: sent.
  • Sent to Marc Aubert, Sereno. Same template, two personalised lines. Status: sent.
  • Sent to Sofia Nunes, Alveo. Same template, two personalised lines. Status: followed up.
  • Reply from Claire Besson, received in Thomas’s mailbox and attached to her record.

Which Pipedrive alternative lets you prospect on LinkedIn and WhatsApp?

If your buyers reply on LinkedIn and WhatsApp, a CRM that only reads email sees half of your conversations.

As of October 16, 2026, we found no native LinkedIn integration on Pipedrive's pricing grid or in its help center. The bridge it highlights is Surfe, a third-party marketplace app that syncs LinkedIn messages. For WhatsApp, the pricing page ticks the integration on every plan, but the help center, updated on September 3, 2026, keeps it for Growth and above, in beta, and says it is not available to all customers yet. It runs on the WhatsApp Business API: you need a Facebook account, a Meta Business Portfolio and a WhatsApp Business account, and Meta charges for messages.

Kasar follows the path your reps already use. LinkedIn connects through the Chrome extension, which uses the session already open in the browser. WhatsApp connects by QR code, with the number your customers already know, without going through Meta's API. Kasar acts on behalf of each user, with their own session, and conversations land in the inbox next to email. One account of your choice on Pro, LinkedIn and WhatsApp together on Max.

What goes into a Pipedrive sequence?

The number of channels in a sequence decides how many prospects it reaches.

Pipedrive's help center opens sequences from Growth. They are linear flows of emails, manual or automatic, and activities, up to 15 steps. The pricing grid caps how many a company can have: 5 on Growth, 25 on Premium, 50 on Ultimate.

At Kasar, the email sequence starts on Pro and goes out from your own mailboxes, rotating across 5 sender addresses with 5,000 sends a month. On Max, the same sequence adds the LinkedIn invitation, messages and the WhatsApp follow-up, with 20,000 sends and 10 addresses. It stops at the reply, which lands on the record, and an automation can then open the deal in the right pipeline.

Is there room for your own business objects?

Your projects, contracts or assets belong in the CRM, or they go back to a spreadsheet.

In Pipedrive, custom fields go on leads and deals, people, organizations, products and projects. Their number is capped per company: 30 on Lite, 100 on Growth, 300 on Premium, 500 on Ultimate. We found no custom objects on its pages as of October 16, 2026.

Kasar lets you build your own objects, linked to contacts and companies: 2 on Free, 5 on Pro, no cap on Max, with unlimited fields from Pro across 41 field types. A contract, a property or a funding file becomes an object in its own right, with its own views, pipelines and automations. Your AI assistant queries and updates them through the MCP server and its 42 tools.

How do you move from Pipedrive to Kasar?

Switching tools only pays off if your data follows you, without a week of re-entry.

Pipedrive exports your data as CSV or XLSX, for admins or users who hold the export permission. The step by step, object by object, with what comes out and what stays behind, is in our Pipedrive export guide.

Kasar imports those files on every plan. Leo maps the columns to your fields without using credits. If the export mixes phone formats, the free import file cleaner puts them in international format before the import. Your mailboxes connect, and the first sequence goes out. • Custom objects start on the Free plan, with unlimited fields from Pro.

  • A website form, wired through a webhook, creates the record on every plan, and starts the sequence from Pro.
  • The 42-tool MCP server and automations come with every plan.

What does a team of eight cost over a year?

A per-seat price means nothing until you compare plans that do the same job. Here is the total for a typical team, assumptions included.

How we calculated it

Assumptions: eight seats, annual billing, public prices checked on October 16, 2026. Pipedrive prices are shown excluding VAT. We put Kasar Pro next to the two Pipedrive plans that open sequences.

Pipedrive Growth: 8 × €39 × 12 = €3,744, which is €960 less than Kasar Pro, with 5 sequences for the whole company. Pipedrive Premium: 8 × €59 × 12 = €5,664, which is €960 more than Kasar Pro, with 25 sequences and LeadBooster included. Kasar Pro: 8 × €49 × 12 = €4,704.

Those Pipedrive totals include neither Surfe for LinkedIn, whose price is not on the pages we checked, nor the WhatsApp messages Meta bills for. Kasar Pro includes email campaigns, one LinkedIn or WhatsApp account of your choice, 5 custom objects and 20 automations. Kasar Max, at €99 per seat, adds both accounts and sequences on three channels. Run your own numbers in the simulator on the pricing page.

The switch itself fits in a week for a small team: the first sales system guide breaks it down day by day.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions a buyer asks when comparing Pipedrive and Kasar.

Most often to prospect without stacking tools. As of October 16, 2026, Pipedrive sequences chain emails and activities, LinkedIn goes through a third-party app and WhatsApp through Meta's Business API, in beta. Kasar puts email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence and in the same inbox as the pipeline.

Through third-party apps. We found no native LinkedIn integration on its pricing grid or in its help center as of October 16, 2026; the marketplace highlights Surfe, which syncs LinkedIn messages. Kasar connects LinkedIn through its Chrome extension, on the rep's own session, and messages land in the CRM inbox.

Not yet, according to its help center updated on September 3, 2026: it is for Growth and above, in beta, and not available to every customer. It requires a WhatsApp Business account linked to Meta, which bills for messages. Kasar connects the rep's WhatsApp by QR code, from the Pro plan (€49 per seat billed annually).

Yes, through a file. Pipedrive exports CSV or XLSX; Kasar imports those files on every plan, and Leo maps the columns to your fields without using credits. [Our Pipedrive export guide](/guides/exporter-donnees-pipedrive) covers each object.
