Kasar

Kasar vs Salesforce

Salesforce is priced in add-ons. Kasar fits on one page.

At Salesforce, the €195 Core seat is only the start: Sales Engagement, Agentforce for Sales and Revenue Cloud each carry their own per-user price, and implementation has no public price. At Kasar, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences, AI and automations are in the plan, at a public price. Ten Kasar Max seats cost €11,880 a year, against €23,400 for Salesforce Core alone.

What is the €25 entry price worth?

Salesforce lists Starter Suite at €25 and Pro Suite at €100 per user per month. Read the Sales pricing grid to the end. It limits Pro Suite to five automation flows per org and charges €25 more per user for the API. The included API and flows with no stated cap start at Core: €195 per user per month, billed annually.

Kasar opens twenty active automations from the Pro plan, at €59 billed monthly, and makes them unlimited on Max. Inbound and outbound webhooks and the MCP server are on every plan. Custom objects follow: five on Pro, unlimited on Max. Details are on the features page.

How many add-ons go on top of a Core seat?

The Sales Engagement page lists cadences at €50 per user per month. It states that the module is included in Unlimited Edition and Agentforce 1 Sales Edition, and sold separately for other editions. The Sales grid has no edition named Unlimited and does not mention cadences in the Core column, so we do not know whether Core includes them. If they are bought separately, a Core seat comes to €245.

Agentforce for Sales, which the grid marks as available for purchase on Core, is listed from €125: with it, a Core seat comes to €320. None of the pages we read says whether that add-on covers cadences, so we do not add the two options together. Revenue Cloud is listed at €150 per user per month for the Growth edition and €200 for the Advanced edition, on top of the Sales license.

At Kasar, a Max seat costs €119 billed monthly, or €99 billed annually. Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences, unlimited automations and AI credits are part of that price. It all reads on the pricing page.

Where are LinkedIn and WhatsApp in the Salesforce grid?

Salesforce's Sales grid shows Gmail or Outlook integration. It lists neither LinkedIn messaging nor WhatsApp. WhatsApp appears in the Service grid, under Enhanced Messaging, with a listed surcharge of €75 per user per month: that is a different product from Sales Cloud.

Kasar puts LinkedIn and WhatsApp in the same inbox as email: one account of your choice on Pro, one LinkedIn account and one WhatsApp account on Max. You read the conversations there and you reply there.

Kasar prospects on those channels too. Email sequences go out from your own mailboxes, with address rotation and a stop on reply, and Kasar warms up your outreach mailboxes. On the Max plan, a single sequence chains email, LinkedIn (invitation, messages, follow-ups) and WhatsApp. The prospect's reply lands on the record.

Is AI paid per seat, per credit or per conversation?

At Salesforce, all three. The Agentforce page describes per-user pricing and consumption pricing. Per user: Agentforce for Sales, from €125 per user per month, which the Sales grid marks as included in the Max edition at €550. Consumption: €500 per 100,000 Flex Credits, with one Agentforce action counting for 20 credits, or €2 per conversation. The Sales grid shows 500,000 credits per org per year with Core.

Kasar has one meter, included in the seat: 2,000 credits a month on Pro, 6,000 on Max, which an admin can pool across the workspace. A simple question to Leo uses 2, a multi-step request 8. Channel sync, scores and reports use no credits.

Who sets up Salesforce, and at what price?

Salesforce points to its Professional Services and its partners for implementation. That cost has no public price. So it appears in none of the totals on this page.

Kasar gets going without an implementation partner. Importing your files, with AI mapping your columns to your fields, is included in every plan. The Max plan includes a guided onboarding session with a Kasar expert.

Why teams pick Kasar

  • The price fits on one page: €59 on Pro and €119 on Max per seat per month, €49 and €99 billed annually.
  • Sequences are in the plan: email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, all three in one sequence on Max, with no extra module to buy.
  • The prospect's reply lands on the record, in the CRM inbox, and you answer in the same place.
  • AI is in the seat: 6,000 credits per seat per month on Max, on a single meter.
  • You shape the CRM yourself: custom objects, automations, API, webhooks and an MCP server.
  • You start without an implementation partner: AI-mapped import is included in every plan.

What does a team of ten reps cost over a year?

Assumptions: ten seats, public prices read on October 1, 2026, annual billing, no negotiated discount. On the Salesforce side we take Core, the first edition where the grid includes the API and no longer shows a cap on flows. On the Kasar side we take Max, the most complete plan with a public price.

Salesforce Core: €195 × 10 seats × 12 months = €23,400. That is the only certain amount. Kasar Max: €99 × 10 seats × 12 months = €11,880, or €14,280 billed monthly. The gap is €11,520 a year, before the first add-on.

Now add cadences. Assuming Core does not include them (the Sales grid does not mention them, and the Sales Engagement page says they are included in Unlimited Edition and Agentforce 1 Sales Edition and sold separately elsewhere): €50 × 10 × 12 = €6,000 more, for a total of €29,400. The gap grows to €17,520 a year. The Kasar amount already includes email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences and 6,000 credits per seat per month.

Salesforce implementation is not in this calculation: it has no public price. Run the numbers with your own figures in the simulator on the pricing page, and see our other comparisons.

Frequently asked questions

As of October 1, 2026, the Salesforce Sales Engagement page lists the module at €50 per user per month, billed annually. It states that it is included in Unlimited Edition and Agentforce 1 Sales Edition, and can be bought separately for other editions. The Sales grid, whose editions are named Core, Advanced and Max, does not mention cadences: ask Salesforce whether your edition includes them. At Kasar, sequences are in the plan.

The [Salesforce Main Services Agreement](https://www.salesforce.com/en-us/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/documents/legal/Salesforce_MSA.pdf), September 1, 2026 version, states in section 5.1 that, except as otherwise specified in the agreement or in an order form, quantities purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term. Section 11.2 provides that, unless the order form says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for additional one-year terms unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the end of the term. It adds that any renewal in which subscription volume or length has decreased is re-priced without regard to the prior term's per-unit pricing. In case of conflict, section 12.3 puts the order form ahead of the agreement: that is the document to read.

Without an implementation partner. You import your files, AI maps your columns to your fields, and that is included in every plan. The Max plan includes a guided onboarding session with a Kasar expert. The Kasar team can also migrate your contacts, companies, deals and history, quoted on request.

Yes. Kasar's Enterprise plan, quoted on request, has no seat limit. It adds unlimited roles, SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning, a dedicated instance and an account manager.
