Kasar vs Clarify
Clarify prospects by email. Kasar prospects where your buyers reply.
Clarify fills itself in and bills for the work its AI does, but as of October 16, 2026 its campaigns send email only, its LinkedIn integration is on a waitlist and WhatsApp appears on none of its pages. Kasar puts email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one inbox and one sequence, using each rep's own session.

Clarify and Kasar: two CRMs that fill themselves in?
A CRM that fills itself is only worth it if what it captures covers all your channels.
On paper, yes. Clarify describes itself as a CRM that keeps itself up to date from your emails and meetings, with prospecting and enrichment in the same tool. It does not charge per seat: seats are unlimited on every plan, and you pay for its AI's work in credits. It also runs an MCP server for Claude or ChatGPT.
The gap shows up the day you start prospecting. At Clarify, as of October 16, 2026, a campaign sends email and nothing else, LinkedIn waits on a waitlist and WhatsApp is on none of the integration pages. Kasar has all three channels in the CRM today: it sends, it follows up, it catches the reply and files it on the record, next to the deal.
LinkedIn and WhatsApp: shipped, or announced?
An announced integration follows up with no one: only what works today counts in the choice.
Clarify's LinkedIn page promises LinkedIn messages in the CRM and LinkedIn steps in campaigns. Its main button, though, is a waitlist sign-up, and the September 2026 changelog files LinkedIn under "coming soon". Meanwhile, the Chrome extension adds profiles from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, and conversations go through Kondo, a paid third-party tool that drops them as a comment on the record.
In Kasar, LinkedIn connects through the Chrome extension, which uses the LinkedIn session already open in your browser: Kasar acts on your behalf, with your own account. WhatsApp connects by QR code as a linked device and sends text from your own number. Both conversations land in the inbox next to email, and you reply without leaving the CRM. Pro opens one account of your choice, Max opens a LinkedIn and a WhatsApp account.
What does a campaign cost when every email is paid in credits?
When every email uses a credit, the bill sets your prospecting volume.
Clarify campaigns are multi-step email sequences sent from the connected Gmail or Outlook account. Its help center sets the pace: 250 emails a day per account, 3 minutes between sends, at most 15 per five-minute window. Its rate card charges 1 credit per campaign email, 30 for a meeting summary and 20 for a deal summary. Once the allowance runs out, overage credits cost $0.015, according to the September changelog.
At Kasar, sending is part of the plan. Pro sends 5,000 emails a month from your mailboxes, over SMTP, rotating across 5 sender addresses. Max goes up to 20,000 sends and 10 addresses, and adds LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps to the same sequence. Leo credits pay for the assistant's work, not for sending. When the prospect replies, the sequence stops and the reply lands on their record.
What changes from one send to the next: the recipient, and the lines pulled from their record. The account itself never moves, and that is where the reply lands.
- A campaign seen from its sender’s own mailbox, Thomas Leroy, thomas@kasar.app:
- Sent to Claire Besson, Juridia. Personalised message, signed by the sender’s own domain. Status: sent.
- Sent to Marc Aubert, Sereno. Same template, two personalised lines. Status: sent.
- Sent to Sofia Nunes, Alveo. Same template, two personalised lines. Status: followed up.
- Reply from Claire Besson, received in Thomas’s mailbox and attached to her record.
From which plan does the CRM work without you?
A CRM that automates nothing leaves you doing by hand what it should do on its own.
Clarify's pricing grid keeps workflows for the Growth plan, listed from $1,000 a month and billed annually. Free and Starter have none. On the data model side, its help center allows 2 custom objects on Starter and none on Free.
Kasar gives you 3 active automations from Free, 20 on Pro and an unlimited number on Max, with triggers, conditions and inbound and outbound webhooks. A website form creates the record and starts the sequence, a Meta Ads lead arrives with its campaign attached. Custom objects start at 2 on Free and rise to 5 on Pro, with unlimited fields. Your AI assistant drives all of it through Kasar's MCP server and its 42 tools.
The first two passes carry the same deal, four seconds apart. The second one is logged like the others, and it writes nothing.
Run log of the automation triggered when the stage becomes Negotiation and the amount is above €20,000:
- 09:41:03, Juridia, 2027 renewal. Three actions carried out in 1.3 seconds: task created for Marceau due Friday, sales channel notified, follow-up scheduled for 24 June.
- 09:41:07, Juridia, 2027 renewal, the very same deal four seconds later. No action: the record was saved a second time, the pass is logged and nothing was replayed.
- 09:42:55, Sereno, Data migration. Four actions carried out in 1.1 seconds: task created for Élodie due Monday, sales channel notified, follow-up scheduled for 25 June, quote created in Stripe.
129 runs this month, on opportunities.
How do you move from Clarify to Kasar?
Switching tools only pays off if your data follows you, without a week of re-entry.
With one file. Clarify exports to CSV on every plan, with no row limit, custom objects included. Kasar imports that file, or an Excel one, on every plan: Leo maps the columns to your fields without using credits. The free import file cleaner puts phone numbers in international format before the import.
Then you connect your Gmail or Outlook mailboxes, your LinkedIn or your WhatsApp, and the first sequence goes out. For a team that sells in French, one detail matters: according to its help center, Clarify's interface is English only. Kasar works in French and English. See everything Kasar does.
Why teams pick Kasar
What matters on the day the team prospects, follows up and tracks its deals.
Start for free- LinkedIn and WhatsApp are in the CRM today, on each rep's own session, and their conversations land next to email.
- One sequence chains email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and stops at the first reply.
- Campaign sending comes with the plan: your credits stay for the work Leo does.
- Automations and webhooks start on the Free plan, not on a plan listed from $1,000 a month.
- Five custom objects on Pro, with unlimited fields: the CRM takes the shape of your business.
- The interface speaks French and English, and the 42-tool MCP server comes with every plan.
What does a team of eight cost over a year?
A per-seat price means nothing until you compare plans that do the same job. Here is the total for a typical team, assumptions included.
How we calculated it
Assumptions: eight people, annual billing, public prices checked on October 16, 2026. Clarify prices are in dollars, Kasar prices in euros: we do not convert them. The two do not bill for the same thing either. Clarify charges for the workspace and the credits, Kasar for the seat.
Clarify Starter costs $40 a month billed annually, $50 monthly, for 5,000 credits. The price follows the allowance: $400 a month for 40,000 credits on monthly billing, according to the September 2026 changelog. Starter has no workflows. The plan that opens workflows, Growth, starts at $1,000 a month billed annually, so $12,000 a year at least.
Kasar Pro: 8 × €49 × 12 = €4,704. That price includes email campaigns, 20 automations, 5 custom objects, one LinkedIn or WhatsApp account of your choice and 2,000 Leo credits per seat. Kasar Max, at €99 per seat, so €9,504 a year, adds LinkedIn and WhatsApp together, sequences on all three channels and unlimited automations. Run your own numbers in the simulator on the pricing page.
To plan the rollout, the guide to a founding team's first sales system breaks it into seven days.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions a buyer asks when comparing Clarify and Kasar.
Not on its own yet, according to its pages as of October 16, 2026: the native integration is on a waitlist. Its Chrome extension adds profiles, and messages go through Kondo, a paid third-party tool that drops them as a comment on the record. Kasar puts LinkedIn messages in its inbox, through the Chrome extension that uses your own session.
We found no WhatsApp integration on its public pages as of October 16, 2026. In Kasar, WhatsApp connects by QR code as a linked device: one account of your choice on Pro, LinkedIn and WhatsApp together on Max, with WhatsApp sequences.
That is its model: seats are unlimited on every plan, and you pay for the AI's work in credits. A campaign email costs 1, a meeting summary 30. Starter starts at $40 a month billed annually for 5,000 credits. Kasar charges per seat, with an allowance of Leo credits included, and campaign sends do not draw on that allowance.
Yes. The Kasar MCP server exposes 42 tools, read and write, on every plan, Free included. Claude or ChatGPT connect over OAuth 2.1 and act with your permissions: look up a record, create a task, move a deal, read a thread. The detail is on [the MCP page](/mcp).
