The AI-native CRM: it fills itself in
An AI-native CRM is a CRM where AI does the data entry, not just the answering. It captures emails, messages, calls and meetings, files each exchange on the right record, and works out what comes next: the task, the meeting notes, the follow-up. AI bolted onto a traditional CRM answers your questions, but it only knows what someone typed in. Kasar is built on the first idea.
AI-native or bolted-on AI
Almost every CRM now claims AI. The useful question is not whether it has some, but what that AI works on. Six criteria settle it in a demo.
Where the data comes from
- Bolted-on AI
- From what reps type in.
- AI-native
- From the conversations themselves, captured at the source.
What the AI reads
- Bolted-on AI
- Record fields and notes.
- AI-native
- The content of emails, messages, calls and meetings.
When it works
- Bolted-on AI
- When you ask it something.
- AI-native
- When each exchange arrives, without being asked.
What it produces
- Bolted-on AI
- An answer, a summary, a draft.
- AI-native
- An up-to-date record, a task, meeting notes, then the answer.
If nobody logs anything
- Bolted-on AI
- The CRM empties out, and the answers with it.
- AI-native
- The CRM stays current: data entry depends on no one.
From your AI tools
- Bolted-on AI
- A chat panel inside the CRM.
- AI-native
- The same context, available from Claude or ChatGPT.
What Kasar actually does
What you stop doing, shown on the product.
Your conversations arrive without anyone logging them.
Emails and calendar events file themselves on the right record. LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls land in the same inbox, right next to them.
- Emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and meetings on a single timeline.
- Everyone sets what their team sees of their exchanges.
Your tasks keep themselves up to date.
Kasar creates, updates and closes them as conversations move. All that is left is to do them.
- A promised follow-up becomes a dated task.
- An account nobody has touched surfaces on its own.
Tasks
9Your meetings become notes on the record.
Kasar records and transcribes your video calls, or picks up the notes from Granola, Fathom and Google Meet. Decisions and next steps are filed on the record.
- Speakers are matched to your contacts.
- Imported notes use no credits.

Kasar goes and gets your customers.
One sequence chains email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, from your own mailboxes and accounts. When the prospect replies, it stops and the conversation is already on their record.
- Three channels in the same sequence.
- Your outreach addresses warmed up, sends spread across them.
What changes from one send to the next: the recipient, and the lines pulled from their record. The account itself never moves, and that is where the reply lands.
- A campaign seen from its sender’s own mailbox, Thomas Leroy, thomas@kasar.app:
- Sent to Claire Besson, Juridia. Personalised message, signed by the sender’s own domain. Status: sent.
- Sent to Marc Aubert, Sereno. Same template, two personalised lines. Status: sent.
- Sent to Sofia Nunes, Alveo. Same template, two personalised lines. Status: followed up.
- Reply from Claire Besson, received in Thomas’s mailbox and attached to her record.
The CRM takes the shape of your business.
Your objects, fields and relationships, created by describing them to Leo. Your external data read where it lives, and everything else through webhooks and the API.
- Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL and Supabase, with no import and no copy.
- A signed contract can lower your stock, a website form can create the record.
Ask Leo, Claude or ChatGPT.
Leo, inside Kasar, answers from everything that was captured. The MCP server gives your AI tools the same context, with the same permissions as in the product.
- Kasar MCP is included in every plan.
- The same question, the same answer, the same permissions.

What the AI costs
The CRM itself is never metered: records, reports and channel syncing are part of the plan. What draws credits is work produced on demand: an answer from Leo, a minute of recorded meeting, a call. Every plan includes an allowance per seat, and the full rate card is public.

What the AI does not write without you
A CRM where AI writes on its own raises one question before any other: what is it allowed to do. Here are the rules.
- 01
Leo asks before it changes anything
When you ask it to change data, Leo shows what it is about to do and waits for your confirmation.
- 02
The same permissions everywhere
The interface, Leo and the MCP server go through the same permission checks. Deletes are not exposed over MCP.
- 03
Anyone can turn reading off
Leo reading your exchanges can be switched off, per person. The CRM keeps working.

Frequently asked questions
It is a CRM designed so that AI does the data entry. It captures conversations at the source, files them on records and derives tasks and meeting notes from them. In a traditional CRM with AI added on, the AI only works on what users typed in.
It removes logging conversations: emails, meetings, calls and messages come in on their own. What remains is what only you know, such as something said in person outside a meeting. You add it as a note, or by telling Leo.
Kasar keeps records current from the conversations it captures. When you ask Leo to change data, it shows the change and waits for your confirmation. Permissions are the same for the interface, for Leo and for the MCP server.
Every plan includes a credit allowance per seat per month. Credits cover requests to Leo, recorded meetings and calls. The rest of the CRM uses none, and running out does not block the CRM. The rate card is on the pricing page.
Yes. Kasar ships an MCP server, included in every plan. Your AI tools read and write CRM data through a governed set of tools, with your permissions.
