MCP server
The CRMs with an MCP server, checked one by one
17 CRMs, in alphabetical order, read on their official pages on 6 October 2026. 14 publish an MCP server; for the other 3, we found none as of that date. Each row says whether the server is hosted, whether it writes, how the assistant authenticates and which plan you need.

01How to read the table
- Official server : published and documented by the CRM vendor. A connector from Zapier, Pipedream or Composio does not count, even when it works.
- Hosted or local : hosted means the vendor runs the server and you paste a URL into Claude or ChatGPT; local means you install it on your machine or your own server.
- Write access : what the assistant can create, change or delete, as the documentation describes it. A read-only server answers questions but updates nothing.
- Authentication : OAuth means you sign in with your account and no secret sits in a config file; an API key is a secret you store, rotate and revoke.
- Required plan : copied from the vendor page. When the page says nothing, the cell says so too, with the date.
Every row links to the page we read and carries its date. These pages move fast: a vendor that ships a server next month makes the next check.
02What the check shows
Hosted servers are now the default. Among the official servers checked, twelve connect with a plain URL and nothing to install. Odoo is the exception: the Odoo database itself acts as the server, and the client reaches it through an npx command. For Axonaut, we found neither the URL nor the hosting model.
Write access is the rule, with different safeguards. Close makes you pick a scope (read, write, write with delete). Salesforce splits a read server from a full one and keeps both off until an admin turns them on. Zoho spreads rights across four servers. Axonaut announced a read-only beta.
The plan matters. Affinity keeps its server for the Scale, Advanced and Enterprise plans, Salesforce for Enterprise Edition and above. HubSpot opened it to every account on 13 April 2026. Kasar includes it in every plan, Free included.
03Three questions to ask before plugging a CRM into Claude
- 1Who confirms an irreversible action? A sent email, a deletion or a record merge cannot be undone. Look in the docs for what the server does before it executes: does it ask for a preview, a token, a dedicated scope, or leave it all to the AI client?
- 2Does the assistant see your conversations, or only your records? A CRM that does not store your LinkedIn or WhatsApp conversations cannot expose them to the assistant, whatever its server.
- 3Do permissions follow the user? HubSpot, Pipedrive, folk, Affinity and Twenty state that the assistant inherits the signed-in account’s permissions. Check what happens when a colleague leaves: token revocation, member deactivation, expiry.
An MCP server shows what the CRM holds. A CRM that does not capture conversations has nothing to show.
04What the Kasar server does
The Kasar server exposes 39 tools at https://platform.kasar.app/api/mcp/mcp. Records, lists, pipelines, tasks, notes, dashboards, calendar, automations and sequences all go through it, and so does messaging: the live Gmail or Outlook mailbox, LinkedIn and WhatsApp conversations, the history recorded on every record. The assistant reads, drafts, adds a person to the CRM, and sends.
Sending a message, touching the calendar, publishing an automation, starting a sequence or changing the data model goes through a preview, then a confirmation token that lasts 5 minutes, works once and is bound to the exact operation. Deleting records, merging duplicates or running an import has no token: the tool tells the assistant to show you the records involved and wait for your go-ahead. The assistant acts with the signed-in person’s role, field-level permissions included, and can switch workspaces on a single connection. Claude and ChatGPT connect with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE; Claude Code and Cursor use a key.
Channel by channel: LinkedIn, Gmail and Outlook. To plug in Claude or ChatGPT, see the Claude page and the ChatGPT page.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Attio publishes a hosted server at https://mcp.attio.com/mcp, with OAuth sign-in through the Attio account. It can search, create and update records, tasks and notes. We did not find a required plan as of 6 October 2026, apart from an SQL tool limited to some plans.
Yes. HubSpot’s remote server, at https://mcp.hubspot.com, has been available to every account since 13 April 2026. It requires OAuth 2.1 with PKCE through an MCP auth app created in the account, and writes to contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products and activities.
Yes. Affinity hosts a server at https://mcp.affinity.co/mcp and offers a local version. It reads, writes, deletes and merges records. Its help centre limits it to the Scale, Advanced and Enterprise plans.
No. Zapier, Pipedream or Composio expose a CRM’s API through their own MCP server. It works, but the CRM vendor neither documents nor maintains it, and your access goes through a third party. The table only counts servers published by the vendor.
Because the right server depends on your needs: a plan you already pay for, an OAuth requirement, a need to write. The table gives the facts, dated and sourced; the comparison is yours to make.
