Delete my data
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. What this page covers
This page explains how to request deletion of the data Kasar holds about you, however it reached us: creating an account, connecting an integration, or submitting a lead form belonging to one of our customers.
2. You use Kasar (you have an account)
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the application, under Settings. Deletion is permanent and covers your workspace data.
If you would rather go through us, write to the address at the bottom of this page from your account email address.
3. You connected a Facebook or Instagram Page to Kasar
Three separate actions, which you can take independently:
- Stop collection: disconnect the Page from Settings → Integrations in Kasar. The subscription to Meta notifications is removed immediately and no further leads are received.
- Revoke access on Meta’s side: in your Facebook account settings, under “Apps and websites”, remove the Kasar application.
- Delete leads already received: write to us at the address below, specifying the Page ID concerned.
4. You filled in a lead form and you are not a Kasar customer
If you submitted a form on Facebook or Instagram and your details were passed to a business using Kasar, that business is the data controller: it decides how long your data is kept, and Kasar acts as a processor on its behalf.
Write to us anyway at the address below: we identify the business concerned, forward your request to them, and delete the data from our infrastructure where we are permitted or required to do so.
5. Timeframes and confirmation
We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and process any deletion request within a maximum of 30 days, in line with the GDPR. You receive written confirmation once deletion is complete. Some data may be retained beyond that where the law requires it (accounting obligations in particular), and only to that extent.
