1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Kasar services or creating an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Definition of services

Kasar provides a CRM platform and automation and artificial intelligence features that let you aggregate, organize, and leverage professional data, including through third-party integrations (e.g. Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Chrome extension, etc.). Some features may be subject to usage limitations.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must notify us without delay of any suspected unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or deactivate an account in the event of use contrary to the Terms or to the law.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use Kasar for illegal or fraudulent activities, or activities infringing the rights of others.
  • You may not introduce malware, impair security, or disrupt the availability of the service.
  • You must comply with API rate limits; no unauthorized scraping is permitted.

5. Customer data and privacy

You retain ownership of your data. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. Some features require enabling integrations, which may result in data exchange with third-party services based on your explicit instructions.

6. Integrations and third-party services

By connecting third-party services (e.g. Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Chrome extension), you authorize Kasar to access only the data strictly necessary to provide the requested features. These third-party services operate under their own terms and policies, which you are responsible for reading and complying with.

7. Use of Google Calendar data

When you connect your Google Calendar account to Kasar, the following terms apply in addition to the general provisions regarding integrations:

  • Limited access: Kasar accesses only the calendar data necessary to display, create, and sync your events within the CRM. No superfluous permissions are requested.
  • Restricted use: data from Google Calendar is used exclusively to provide and improve calendar features visible in the Kasar interface.
  • No transfer: Google data is not sold or transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers, nor used for advertising, targeting, or retargeting purposes.
  • No AI training: Google data is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models outside of personalization specific to your account.
  • Restricted human access: no Kasar employee or subcontractor reads your Google data, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with a legal obligation, or on aggregated and anonymized data.
  • Revocation: you may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account settings. Disconnection triggers deletion of the synced data.

Kasar’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google API Services User Data Policy.

8. AI features and zero-retention processing

Some AI features may rely on providers based outside the EU (notably in the United States) for point-in-time processing, via a "zero retention" layer guaranteeing no reuse or retention by these providers. Transfers are limited to what is strictly necessary, secured, and covered by adequate safeguards.

9. Intellectual property

Kasar and/or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the services, software, interfaces, content, and trademarks. No assignment of rights is granted beyond the usage rights necessary to access the service.

10. Payment and billing

Unless otherwise indicated, the services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Prices, billing terms, and free trial conditions are specified at the time of subscription and may change; any material change will be subject to reasonable prior notice.

11. Confidentiality

The parties undertake to preserve the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged in connection with the services. This obligation will survive termination of the contractual relationship, subject to customary legal exceptions.

12. Warranties and liability

  • The services are provided "as is"; Kasar grants no implied warranty that is not expressly stated.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kasar’s liability is limited to direct damages and will not exceed the amounts paid over the past twelve months.
  • Kasar cannot be held liable for failures attributable to third parties, to force majeure, or to use of the service that does not comply with these Terms.

13. Term, modification, and termination

  • These Terms apply for the entire duration of use of the services.
  • We may update the Terms; material changes will be subject to reasonable notice.
  • Either party may terminate in the event of a serious breach not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless otherwise mandatorily required, these Terms are governed by the law applicable at Kasar’s registered office and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing prevents a party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any competent court.
